Hey everyone "Fast Break" here (aka Coach Wayne) Wow that was a great start today. Just wanted to take a moment to let you all know how impressed I was with our turnout today. You all did a great job at the excercises to prepare for the season to come. I hope you all had as fun as I did.

A special thank you to all of the parents and friends who signed up to help Coach Irene, myself and the other Coaches make this into our best season yet.
